This message will appear if you try to enter a Beta code a second time. If you see this message, the account you are logged in with is already registered for Early Access.
The code you entered has already been redeemed. Please be sure you have entered the correct code.
This message indicates that the Beta code you entered has already been redeemed and cannot be used again.
If you haven’t already redeemed a Beta code and think you’re receiving this message in error, please reach out to Activision for help.
Please make sure you’re entering your 10- or 13-character code as it’s displayed on your receipt or insert or in the email in which the code was provided.
Code characters can sometimes look similar or may appear smudged or distorted on your receipt. Be sure you’re entering the code exactly as it’s displayed on your receipt. Please contact your retailer for help if you’re unsure about your code’s characters.
Please also make sure you are entering a code to register for Early Access to the Beta. In some cases, your code may need to be redeemed through your platform.
